• Outreach to potential wall partners, stakeholders, sponsors, and volunteers

• Confirm accessibility and safety requirements

• Begin scheduling mural months and tentative paint days

3 to 5 murals will be completed over the course of 2 months using a repeatable, structured process.

Design & Alignment

• Confirm mural theme and wall location

• Collaborative design development using vision boards and online tools

• Final design prepared in line-art and paint-by-number format

Preparation & Logistics

• Materials and supplies acquired

• Volunteer sign-ups and painting shifts scheduled

• Safety planning and waiver preparation

• Early morning projection scheduled as needed

Painting & Completion

• Chalk transfer of projected line art

• Community paint day(s) using paint-by-number system

• Touch-ups, sealing, and site clean-up

Documentation

• Photography and brief mural summary

• Website and community updates
